Sowing Instructions | How to grow sunflower sprouts:The taste of sunflower sprouts is familiar and sweet. Grow in one very dense layer, do not move the seeds when watering. Expose the seeds to light after about 4 days. The duration of growth is about 7-9 days. The black sunflower variety is intended for growing in sprouts pots as well as for substrate. How to separate the black shells of the seed from the sprout? As the sprout grows larger, the leaves will open and eventually drop the bark. But if you want to shorten the process: after harvesting the sunflower sprouts, transfer them to a bowl of water and gently "massage" the sprouts. This way the shell will separate and float on the surface of the water and it will be easy to remove.
