Terms and conditions

All orders are shipped by the Israeli Postal Service. Estimated time until shipping is usually 2 to 5 business days, though it is our goal to ship orders within 48 hours.

Seeds are guaranteed to germinate at reasonable rates for one year from the date of purchase. Seeds are also guaranteed to grow true to type. Seed packets may be returned for only these reasons, and are only eligible for an exchange or refund up to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We are in no way responsible for crop failures, insects, disease, floods, drought, terrorism and acts of God.

Merchandise is guaranteed to be free of defects. Any faulty or broken merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange up to 10 days from time of arrival. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Please allow 10 to 14 days for Nativity Seeds to process your return.

Returns, changes and cancellations

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, you must refrain from using the item and return the product it is in its original packaging.
To complete your refund, we require receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the refund paid will be deducted from the refund.

Possible service interruptions

Refunds / Cancellations Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations 24 hours after ordering / within 24 hours - if the package was shipped. If your order does not reach the correct shipping address provided to us and your payment has been accepted by us, we will refund the full cost of purchases made and found eligible for credit, including shipping costs, or we will replace the item for you. When can the order not be canceled?
