How to grow China Rose radish sprouts:

Growing China Rose radish sprouts is up to the stem and leaves. Their taste is slightly spicy.

Grow in one seed layer and densely. After about 3-4 days the sprouts should be exposed to light.

Do not move the seeds when watering. The duration of growth is about 4-6 days.

The China Rose radish variety is noticeable with a red stem and green leaves.

The beautiful colors of these sprouts are called anthocyanins. This is the same natural color pigment found in blueberries, carrots, beets and more.

The red or pink color are an expression of natural antioxidants, that work to protect the fragile and young plant from the heat of the sun and dehydration.

Studies have found that anthocyanins are good for protecting the brain, protecting against arteriosclerosis, complications of diabetes, blood vessel inflammation and allergies.
