Israeli Heirloom Eggplant – A Resilient and Productive Variety

An exceptional Israeli heirloom eggplant, renowned for its resilience to hot weather and adaptability to various growing conditions. "At the beginning of April 1937, an Agricultural Research delegation led by Dr. S. Horowitz arrived. We were asked to begin the selection and cultivation of the ‘Black Beauty’ eggplant. At the end of the season, I sent the seeds to the agricultural center in Hadera to continue the cultivation work."
