Purple of Sicily Cauliflower Seeds
Beautiful and shiny purple heads with a sweet and fine aroma. Sicilian cauliflower heads weigh 2-3 kg, purple heads are well compacted. Insect resistant, not only are they delicate and tasty they are also really easy to grow (more than many white varieties). Rich in minerals they have a finer texture and the head has a flat shape. The purple Sicily Cauliflower is grown from selected Italian seeds, the cauliflower tastes great fresh or cooked, and is our favorite purple cauliflower.
Grows best in cool weather in the fall (or early spring), 75-85 days.
