Italian heirloom breed has large leaves, flat with a concentrated flavor, great when fresh or used for drying and freezing. Parsley is full of vitamins and antioxidants and is considered as a “superfood”. The source of the name is from the Greek and means PETROS- stone, SELINON- celery, meaning Mountain Celery.

Planting Instructions
  1. Choose a location in your garden that receives at least 6 hours of sunlight per day for planting parsley.
  2. Prepare the soil by loosening it with a garden fork or tiller and removing any weeds or debris. Add compost or well-rotted manure to enrich the soil.
  3. Dig small holes or furrows about 1/4 to 1/2 inch (6-12 mm) deep and plant parsley seeds or seedlings, spacing them about 6 to 8 inches (15-20 cm) apart. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil and water gently. Keep the soil consistently moist during germination.
  4. Recommended instructions:

    Planting:

    • Select a full sunny planting area
    • Plan the number of transplants according to 1 m² depending on the size of the area/vessel
    • Number of transplants per square meter: 6-12
    • Keep soil moist. (Not too wet)
    • Watering once a day to once every three days (depending on the season)
    • It is recommended to use compost and organic nutrients and microbes.
