Ha’rosh is a baladi (local) cucumber. Very wonderful sweet taste and a circular shape. Ha’rosh actually is a small sized melon, often eaten when peeled, but can be eaten with the peel. Traditional landrace variety that has been growing in the country for many generations. Holy Land landrace heirloom. One of the old ones!
