Chamomile Seeds
Chamomile is an annual plant of the composite family Asteraceae. Medical literature reported a number of beneficial effects for chamomile. Research with animals suggests antispasmodic, anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory and some antimutagenic and cholesterol-lowering effects for chamomile.
